I WAS DRIVING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY, GOING ABOUT 10 MPH, FOR LESS THAN 100 YARDS AND THE RED WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON INDICATING "ENGINE FAILURE", "DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE"! I DROVE HOME AND TURNED OFF THE IGNITION AND CALLED VW DEALER TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED. *TR
2007 EOS PURCHASED APRIL 2010. FIRST EOS CONVERTIBLE TOP WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. WARNING SYSTEM ENGAGED TOOK IT IN FOR A TRUNK LATCH REPLACEMENT. STILL NOT CLOSE 2 OUT OF 10 TIMES. DEALER REPLACED WITH ANOTHER 2007 EOS SINCE 1ST ONE ALSO HAD OIL COMSUMPTION OF 2.5QTS IN 1,000 MILES. SECOND EOS TOP WON'T CLOSE PROPERLY THIS TIME HYDRAULIC RAMS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. OIL CONSUMPTION 3/4 QT IN 2,500 MILES. *TR
