ATTORNEY WRITES IN REGARDS TO LEMON LAW ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT *TGW THE VEHICLE WAS BURNING OIL AND IT WAS DETERMINED IT WAS NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE O RINGS. AFTER A WEEK AT THE DEALERSHIP, THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE CONSUMER. THE VERY NEXT DAY, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND IT WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS LEAKING GAS. IT APPEARED THE O RING WAS TORN AND ALL FOUR O RINGS WERE REPLACED. THERE WAS A WATER LEAK INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER ORDERED A SPECIAL ADHESIVE/SEALANT FOR THE CONVERTIBLE TOP. THE MASTER SWITCH THAT RAISED OR LOWERED ALL OF THE WINDOWS DID NOT WORK ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. WHEN THE DOORS WERE OPENED, THE FRONT WINDOWS WOULD GO DOWN, BUT THEY WOULDN'T COME BACK UP. THE REGULATORS WERE REPLACED. THE LEFT REAR WINDOW WOULD NOT GO UP AT ALL. THERE WAS A RATTLE COMING...
