Front bumper is detaching on driver and passenger side.

I am reporting a recurring safety defect involving the front bumper assembly on my brand-new Toyota Camry Hybrid. The front bumper repeatedly detaches, separates, and pulls away from the vehicle during normal driving conditions. This has occurred multiple times despite repeated repair attempts by the authorized Toyota dealership. Toyota and the dealership have acknowledged that this is a known issue affecting other vehicles and have admitted that there is currently no permanent repair remedy available. Despite this, the defect has been misclassified as “cosmetic,” which is inaccurate and unsafe. The bumper is a critical safety component designed to absorb and distribute crash forces. A bumper that is already detached or partially unsecured compromises crash force pathways and reduces occupant protection in the event of a collision. Loud squeak/squealing sound from inside area of the left front driver side wheel after driving for an extended amount of time (after 4 hours of driving on first observation). The squeaking is intermittent and not always able to reproduce the sound.

While driving the vehicle in high winds, wind and air can be heard entering the cabin near the front of the drivers side door. Multiple heavy gusts of wind caused the car to move into the other lane and had a negative effect on steering the vehicle. Toyota denies there is something wrong with the door seals or design of the vehicle, but this is a safety hazard when driving in high sustained winds of 15MPH or more.

The front bumper of the vehicle is falling off, it seems to be too heavy for the vehicle. I went to the dealership and was informed this is a common reported issue with the 2025 Toyota Camry but as there is no open recall the warranty is unable to provide any assistance. This is a safety hazard and the bumper could fall off during anytime and cause a serious hazard and or accident can occur. I informed the dealership that due to the falling bumper the bottom has scrapped and caused damage and they continued stating there was nothing they could do. lm left with an issue that is dangerous for me and my family.

Wife was driving back home on I-280 around 60-65 mph back home when suddenly the back sunroof glass section POP and she started hearing small objects dragging. As soon as she was available to pull over to check it, she realize the whole back glass of the sunroof was cracked. She tried calling Toyota Sunnyvale to report it and best they could help her with was to make a claim with the insurance and pay the deductible of $500 because they saying this was from an “external influence”. They gave us a “rental vehicle” while their inspectors engineers called for non-manufactured issue when; - how will you get hit on the sunroof while driving at 60-65 mph on the freeway? - how is it possible that a small size object could shatter a whole TEMPERED GLASS and also, outline crack all around instead of a center hit like they mentioned....
