TL*- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA 4RUNNER. WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO WOBBLE FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. THE CONTACT STATED HE WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING MORE THAN 30 MPH DUE TO THE WOBBLING OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER STATED THAT IT APPEARED THAT THE STABILIZER BAR WAS CUT IN HALF BY A HACKSAW. THE DEALER REPLACED THE STABILIZER BAR, AND THERE HAVE NOT BEEN ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES. THE VEHICLE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 27,000.*AK
