The contact owns a 2020 Thor Palazzo built on a 2020 Freightliner X line chassis. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 MPH during a storm, the air brakes system alarm illuminated. The contact immediately pulled over to the side of the roadway and turned off the RV. The RV was towed to the dealer who informed the contact that the air brake system had a pig tail that led into the transducer that had caused the chord to fracture. The dealer dried the moisture from the area and sprayed the area with silicon. The failure reoccurred approximately a year later when the contact had driven the RV during inclement weather. The vehicle was taken to another dealer who replaced the pig tail and transducer. The contact was informed by the dealer that due to the pig tail being attached so tightly and having no flexibility, the failure might recur. The manufacturer had been made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.

The lower passenger side bracket between the fiberglass front of the body and the freightliner frame has released from the frame and is in danger of falling off. If this thing did come off and go bouncing down the road it could do some real damage. Noticed after other owners warned about the problem online.
