After normal operation, I shut off the vehicle, and within seconds it caught fire without any external cause. Our insurance company and Look Larson Dodge investigated the incident over approximately 3½ weeks but could not determine a definitive cause of the fire.

2 of the safety recalls have not been made and the Dealer Mak Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Temple TX has not been able to make these 2 repairs: 22V835000 Dip Stick and 21V398000 Lug nuts. The vehicle has been in several times in the last 12 months and the Dealer Service Dept has not provided any estimates to get parts or repair except to say "they dont get but 1 dipstick per week and there are 50+ vehicles in front of me", thus over 1 year.

As we were traveling home from Florida to Oklahoma our truck completely lost power on a very busy two lane highway in Titus County, Texas. We were pulling our travel trailer which is 40.6 feet in length. We had no warning and had a hard time finding a place to pull over. The dash light then flashed “ exhaust system service required see dealer”. Our truck only has 11000 miles and is well taken care of. As a result , we had to wait for over 2 hours in the Texas heat (91 degrees) on the side of a dangerous highway. Nothing would work in the truck. It took this long for the warranty service to approve the tow. They did not provide any information for rental car or lodging. Our 5th wheel RV is in a tow yard and we are stranded in Tx.They cannot look at our truck...

With 20k miles the High-Pressure Fuel Pump blowup in middle of the freeway in NY. This part name is CP4. My truck subtlety stops in freeway in very dangerous situation. My luck is I had a State Patrol few cars back and he help me to safety the area and wait the tow. My truck stays 2 months parked on at Dealer to fix. The reason is they don’t have a new CP4 to replace is because all 2020 diesel Ram trucks had the same problem. 5 months later my CP4 blowup again with 49k miles now my CP4 and my Tank Fuel Pump breakdown in same time. More 2 months to fix.by the way my truck don’t had 9 months old and stay parked on dealer for 4 months. I paid 4 months of car payments and insurance for not use the truck. Other point is my braking pads....
