THERE IS DRAIN TUBING CONNECTED TO THE SUNROOF THAT COMES UNCONNECTED BECAUSE ITS TOO SHORT AND LEAKS/POURS WATER ALL OVER THE PASSENGER FRONT AND BACK SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. IT HAPPENS WHETHER YOURE DRIVING IT OR ITS SITTING STILL. WATER JUST POURS IN AND SOAKS EVERYTHING ON PASSENGER SIDE.

THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE WATER WOULD DAMAGE THE CARPET, DASHBOARD, AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THE CONTACT DID NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS, WATER LEAKED INTO THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE, WHICH CAUSED ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE ENTIRE WEATHER STRIPPING WAS REPLACED. THREE MONTHS AFTER THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,000.
