2025 NISSAN ROGUE Forward Collision Avoidance Warnings Problems

While driving at 45 MPH with my wife in the front passenger seat, on a two lane road (one way each direction) in Wake Forest NC, no cars were in the front or rear of my vehicle , sunny clear weather, the following happened: Driving normally, then all of a sudden, the car proceeds to, what felt like emergency braking and then a split second, the dashboard signals come on , different symbols, then a red image appears on the dashboard (for a split second) then it brakes hard a second time (within a split second) then everything clears and the car proceeds to drive normally. The braking action felt like a severe brake pulsing, then a split second release and then another spilt second brake pulsing and then everything cleared and the car continued to drive normally.
