2025 NISSAN ROGUE Forward Collision Avoidance Automatic Emergency Braking Problems

While driving at 45 MPH with my wife in the front passenger seat, on a two lane road (one way each direction) in Wake Forest NC, no cars were in the front or rear of my vehicle , sunny clear weather, the following happened: Driving normally, then all of a sudden, the car proceeds to, what felt like emergency braking and then a split second, the dashboard signals come on , different symbols, then a red image appears on the dashboard (for a split second) then it brakes hard a second time (within a split second) then everything clears and the car proceeds to drive normally. I was using the snow mode because there was a little bit of snow and ice on the road. I had been driving it that morning and did not have a problem until I turned in to my street. I turned right and the steering and brakes and accelerator all locked, leaving me where my car slid across the road and the left drivers side tire ran over the curb. I was not able to correct anything as everything locked. Even though I am okay and was going less than 5 mph while turning. I feel like the whole car's function to lock is unsafe as it left me to hope the curb would stop it.
