The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that there was corrosion in the plug and the rear-view camera needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired and two weeks later the failure reoccurred twice. The contact believed that the failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 22V772000 (Back Over Prevention) and 22V527000 (Back Over Prevention, Equipment). The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
