Defect: Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Mazda2 vehicles. The headlights are missing adjustment prevention caps, which can allow the headlights to be improperly adjusted. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Consequence: Improperly adjusted headlights can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
