Bulletin Summary
Some customers may experience the CHECK ENGINE light ON with DTC P0089:00 (Spill valve control solenoid valve control circuit range/performance problem) stored. This is caused by improper control software of the PCM detecting a false error, even with normal fuel pressure operation. To correct this issue, the control software of the PCM has been modified.
