WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS TRUCK AND THE M-DRIVE TRANSMISSION WHEN THE DRIVE WAS COMING OF A HIGHWAY ON AN EXIT RAMP HE WAS SLOWING DOWN AND THE VEHICLES CLUTCH STAYED ENGAGED AND THE DRIVER ROLLED INTO THE INTERSECTION ALMOST HITTING A CAR. THE VEHICLES CLUTCH IS AUTOMATICALLY DISENGAGES WHEN YOU PUSH ON THE BRAKE WHILE THE CLUTCH DIDN'T DISENGAGE BECAUSE WHEN OF THE BRAKE LIGHT WIRES HAD DEVELOPED A CORROSION SPOT FROM THE WINTER WEATHER AND SHORTED OUT THE LIGHT AND CAUSED THE FUSE TO BLOW. THE BRAKE LIGHTS ARE WHAT TELLS THE CLUTCH TO DISENGAGE BUT WITH THE FUSE BEING BLOWN THE CLUTCH DID NOT DISENGAGE AND KEPT ROLLING INTO INTERSECTION LUCKILY MY DRIVER WAS SMART ENOUGH TO REACH UP AND PUSH NEUTRAL BUTTON ON DASH TO PUT TRANSMISSION IN NEUTRAL AND STOP THE TRUCK. ALSO IN OUR INVESTIGATION WE FOUND WHEN THE FUSE BLOWS FOR THE BRAKE LIGHTS THE CRUISE CONTROL WILL NOT SHUT OFF BY TAPPING THE BRAKES YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY SHUT IT OFF BY THE SWITCH I HAVE NO PHOTOS AS NOTHING SERIOUSLY HAPPENED MY MECHANIC CHANGED THE FUSE ON THE ROAD AND FOUND THE CORRODED WIRE. MACK SHOULD HAVE A BETTER SOLUTION THAN USING BRAKE LIGHTS TO DISENGAGE THESE CONTROLS
