The plastic casing holding the driver seat cushion broke/detached itself after a couple of months of driving and even if put back in place it'll continue sliding and moving. It can interfere with my left foot while driving making it a hazard. Lexus reviewed the issue and said it was not covered by warranty.
I have the exact same issue as this person https://www.clublexus.com/forums/tx-models-2024-present/1025518-new-problems-with-3rd-row-seats.html When I fold the 3rd row seat it leaves a bump under a loose cloth cover. If I remove the cover I see that a plastic attachment linking the spare wheel well to both sides of the trunk is bent. Lexus says that to replace it I need to replace the whole unit and it's also not covered by warrantee.
I recently bought this vehicle and the drivers seat height does not raise approropriately. I have brought it to the dealership for them to take a look and they say that’s how it’s designed however the passenger seat height goes much higher. I called Lexus corporate who mentioned there is nothing they can do. I have driven the LX and RX models that do not have this issue. This vehicle is only 1 year old and I believe this is a safety concern. I am unable to see above the hood of the car and I am [XXX].
