TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LEXUS LS460 . THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO PARK, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO A CEMENT WALL. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 75,000.
