THE MATERIAL USED ON DASH BOARD HAS SOFTENED FROM NORMAL SUN EXPOSURE AND FORMED SHINY TOP LAYER THAT CAUSES A GLARE IN THE WINDSHIELD WHEN THE SUN HITS IT. THIS HAS OBSCURED VISION OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
