I purchased this vehicle in the end of October and shortly thereafter within 50 miles two days the check engine light came on P0299 turbo under boost. Immediately thereafter, exhaust fumes began entering the cabin from the engine bay. I notified the dealership and they gave me a loaner vehicle and they took it to complete auto care in Denver Colorado to have the vehicle fixed. I was told that the vehicle had a cracked turbo manifold, and the turbo manifold and the entirety of the setup of the turbo needed to be replaced. I find that odd that the check engine light came on with 50 miles of purchasing the new vehicle on the second day. The contact owns a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. The contact stated while the vehicle was stationary in the driveway, there was a loud rattling sound coming from the vehicle. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the timing change was stretched. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

MY VEHICLE HAS BRAKES THAT CATCH SO HARD WHEN YOU PRESS THE PEDAL LIGHTLY THAT THE FRONT END OF THE CAR DIPS DOWN. I WAS EXITING AN OFFRAMP AND THE CAR SLID SIDEWAYS AND I WAS NEAR HAVING A COLLISION. IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR THIS NUMEROUS TIMES. NEIL AT LAND ROVER OF SAN DIEGO TODAY TOLD ME THAT HE DID NOTICE IT WHEN WE DROVE DIFFERENT CARS BACK TO BACK. THE CAR IS ALSO LEAKING COOLANT AND YOU CAN SMELL IT IN THE CABIN. FROM WHAT I READ THIS IS HAZARDOUS. THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED BY THE DEALER AND THEY JUST TRY TO COVER IT UP BY TOPPING OFF THE COOLANT. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SEALED PRESSURIZED SYSTEM. MY LAST PROBLEM IS THE REAR HATCH DOES NOT ALWAYS CLOSE PROPERLY OR ALL THE WAY. TOLD BY SHOP FOREMAN THAT THERE WAS AN "ADVISORY" TO...
