I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICES FROM CHRYSLER REGARDING MY JEEP WRANGLER RECALL N28/NHTSA 13V-234. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT PART ON FEB 14, 2014. AS OF THIS MORNING IT WAS STILL NOT AVAILABLE AND THE DEALER TOLD ME DIRECTLY THAT THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO ORDER 1 PART EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THAT THERE WERE ABOUT 50 PEOPLE WAITING. IF THIS IS THE CASE AND MY SAFETY IS IN JEOPARDY I'M CURIOUS AS TO HOW SERIOUS CHRYSLER IS TAKING THIS IF AT THIS POINT 50 PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 2 YEARS TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED? CALLED TO CHECK AND THEY SAY THAT ONLY ONE PART GETS SENT EVERY 14 DAYS AND PEOPLE SINCE AUGUST HAVE BEEN WAITING. I'M NOW #100 ON THE LIST. IF I DO THE MATH CORRECT IN 4 YEARS I'LL GET THE PART. I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN OCT 30, 2013 AND WAS TOLD THE PARTS WERE ORDERED AND I WOULD BE NOTIFIED WHEN PARTS ARRIVE. 2 MONTHS LATER I WAS STILL NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PARTS ARRIVING.
