LETTER TO THE ADMINISTRATOR FROM CONSTITUENT RE RECALL N28/ NHTSA/3V-234 ON A 2012 JEEP WRANGLER. *SMD THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER, THEY ONLY RECEIVED PARTS ONCE A WEEK, AND HER NAME SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED ON A LIST. HOWEVER, THE CONSUMER STATED NO ONE INFORMED HER OF THAT. THE CONSUMER HAS SINCE RECEIVED A SECOND NOTICE. *JB
