I WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND STOP THE CAR. PLEASE NOTE, I HAD A 5 YEAR OLD AND A 4 YEAR OLD WITH ME IN THE CAR. I LET CAR SIT FOR COUPLE MINUTES THEN RESTARTED. SOME MODELS OF THE 2008 JEEP COMMANDER HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR A FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH; HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THIS MODEL STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECALLED.
