All Back Over Prevention Sensing System Camera Complaints
Backup camera and all parking sensors freeze when the car has been turned on and off in a short period of time and put into reverse. This happens about once a week. When I get in my car, put it in reverse after a short stop, the backup camera will freeze the image. The sensors will stop working, and the cross traffic detection will not work during this freeze. It lasts for about 30 seconds. Has not been confirmed by a dealer or service. No inspection done. No warning lamps or messages.
