2011 INFINITI G37 Air Bagssensoroccupant Classification Problems

I am writing the complaint to inform you and request an investigation into the Infiniti Advanced Air Bag System (AABS) passenger seat sensor. I recently purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37x sedan with approximately 62,251 miles on June 28th, 2021. This vehicle has had one owner prior to me and has a clean CarFax report with no issued accidents or collisions reported, based on the overall evaluation from an independent repair shop. The main issue experienced with the G37x vehicle and the reason for the manufacturer should create a safety recall was the air bag seat sensor was malfunctioning, as verified by an independent mechanic. I have experienced other vehicle manufacturers issue voluntary recalls and repairs because these passenger occupancy sensors may degrade and fail to detect a passenger in the front seat.
