2024 INEOS GRENADIER Visibilitywiper Problems

On [XXX], while driving at a slow speed and not in the vicinity of other vehicles, I heard a sudden cracking noise and noticed a crack had appeared on my windshield. I subsequently took the vehicle to SafeLite Glass Repair, where they informed me that the glass required replacement. Upon reviewing the INEOS FORUM, I observed that numerous owners have experienced the same crack in the same location without any indication of impact. The consensus among forum members is that these are stress cracks. I provided the attached .pdf documentation to INEOS; however, they declined to address this issue under warranty insisting there was impact. It is not realistic that MANY cars have cracks in the same exact place. I can confirm with certainty that there was no impact causing the crack.
