The spring shackles that hold the springs to the frame have broken off the frame on my 2018 Highland Ridge Open Range RV. This could of caused a roll over accident or the axle could have came out from under the trailer and hit any and all cars behind me, not only causing harm to my family but also the others behind us. The dealer has looked at the problem and determined that its a mfg defect, and my insurance company has looked at it and came up with the same thing mfg defect. There were no warnings at all that this was going to happen until it did. The only way i knew it did was the rear axle moved forward and made the tires rub against the front ones.
