2022 GENESIS GV80 Forward Collision Avoidance Automatic Emergency Braking Problems

This vehicle had been in the shop for over a month due to the emergency brake system freezing up causing my rear wheels to lock up, to smoke and rotors become damaged. Dealership could not find anything wrong as could not duplicate the issue. They did say that the EBS did engage while driving down the interstate at 70+ MPH. No reason why. Not normal! It was returned to me. Then 1 week after getting it back the vehicle started shaking violently when at speeds in excess of 65 for about 30 seconds. The RPM goes from 2 to 4 with difficult acceleration. When it gets back to normal, there is a definite clunk. Do not get any warning lights. Has happened 3 time in less than 2 weeks. On numerous occasions in the last 3 years the AEB malfunctions and abruptly stops the car. It engages the AEB at least 2 more times before allowing the car to advance. It has happened after waiting at a light, while in stop and go traffic (on [XXX] in Orlando, FL with a tractor trailer behind me, and when exiting an exit ramp slowly with other cars. The most troubling event was when I was the first car at a light with no cars in front of me. The AEB engaged at least 8 times in succession during this event (this was in the middle of a busy intersection). This event was [XXX].
