2023 GENESIS GV60 Forward Collision Avoidance Warnings Problems

My car has malfunctioned under the following circumstances: While attempting to make an unprotected left turn at a traffic light intersection (there is no left turn only light) through active lanes of opposing traffic where there is no median lane and no protective barriers between opposite directions of traffic, my vehicle has executed emergency braking on 8 separate occasions. How it happens: I wait for the last opposing traffic car to clear out from the intersection and begin to make my left turn through the intersection. 10 feet into the intersection, where now I'm in opposing traffic lanes, the car initiates sudden and immediate emergency braking. The car is brought to a jarring complete stop and becomes immobilized, hitting the accelerator pedal does not move the car.
