VIN [XXX] Ford has not fixed the recall. This is a work truck. The truck has been sitting on the driveway for 6 months as we are not able to drive it with a safety recall. Company policy is that even if it's not a tragic safety recall, they don't allow people to drive the truck. We need Ford to fix this recall ASAP INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
