The contact owns a 2018 Ford F-350. The contact stated while parking the vehicle, the contact noticed that the visibility of the front camera was reduced. When the contact exited the vehicle, he noticed he had almost struck the vehicle in front of him. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that there was no recall for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that there was no recall for the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline. The failure mileage was 50,000.
