TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F350. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WOULD COST $15,000. THE CONTACT SOLD THE VEHICLE AND LATER RECEIVED TWO SAFETY RECALL NOTICES. HE BELIEVES THAT THE RECALL REPAIR IS THE DEALER'S RESPONSIBILITY SINCE HE SOLD THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY WERE ADAMANT THAT IT NEEDED A NEW MOTOR. THE PURCHASE DATE, RECALL NUMBER, AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 175,000.
