TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE REAR PARKING BRAKE WAS WEDGED AGAINST THE REAR BRAKE DRUM WHICH CAUSED THE REAR WHEELS TO LOCK. THE CONTACT HAS NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO BE REPAIRED SINCE HE FEELS THAT THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS. THE CONTACT IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY RISK WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH IF THE STEERING WHEEL CONTINUES TO LOCK. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
