The contact owns a 2014 Ford Edge. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving, the HVAC system would malfunction and change the temperature which caused the windows to fog. The contact stated that on one occasion while driving, the vehicle shut completely off. As a result, the contact would need to pull over to restart the vehicle and then reset the temperature. No warning lights illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to have the vehicle diagnosed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 171,296.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS EXCESSIVE FOG ON ALL OF THE WINDOWS AND THE WINDSHIELD DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, CAUSING AN OBSTRUCTION TO THE CONTACT'S VISIBILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER MORE THAN FIVE TIMES AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE THE FAILURE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
