I have a 2021 ford bronco and the rear shock absorbers are both bad on my car it is dangerous to drive I have taken it to 2 different ford dealerships one in Morgantown wv and one in fairmont wv and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Then I contacted ford motor company and spoke to someone and was told there was nothing they could do and the vehicle was safe to drive although it states in the recall it increases risk of crash. I was told to file a complaint and on top of all that they won’t give me an inspection sticker. When you hit a pothole bump or any other obstruction is throws the rear end of the car out from under you and is terrifying. Now there is a recall on the fuel pump I havnt exactly experienced this personally that I’m...

I was going down a dirt road about 20 mph, hit a big pothole in the road and the driver steering wheel airbag went off suddenly, and the car shut off.

At present no incident has occurred. I am in the process of purchasing a 2021 Ford Bronco with the associated VIN number. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership, but as per guidance from corporate they are unable to now sell the vehicle. Ford has not determined a course of action and I am unable to purchase the vehicle. This is wholly unacceptable.
