TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER SHUTTING OFF THE VEHICLE, THE INTERIOR LIGHTS FAILED TO POWER OFF. THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED IN ORDER TO POWER OFF THE INTERIOR LIGHTS TO AVOID DRAINING THE BATTERY. AFTER THE BATTERY WAS RECONNECTED, THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID DISPENSED AND SMOKE CAME FROM THE FUSE BOX UNDER THE HOOD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 161,000.
