TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING LINKAGE BROKE AND FALL OUT OF THE TRUCK. THIS RENDERED THE VEHICLE INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER BUT IT DID NOT FALL UNDER THE RECALL BECAUSE OF THE BRACKETS FORMATION. THE REPAIRS WILL BE MADE AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
