TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HORN FAILED TO ACTIVATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. NO THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.

UPON DRIVING THE VEHICLE HORN AND THE AIR CONDITIONING BECAME INOPERABLE. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, AND THEY REPLACED THE FUSE. THEN, HORN AND AIR CONDITIONING FAILED AGAIN. CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM. THEY PUT A HIGHER VOLTAGE FUSE IN THE VEHICLE, WHICH MADE THE CD PLAYER AND THE BATTERY BECOME INOPERABLE. CONSUMER HAS TO JUMP THE VEHICLE TO GET IT STARTED. *AK
