TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS FLICKERED OFF AND ON AND THE INSTRUMENT GAUGES WOULD NOT REMAIN ILLUMINATED. ALSO, THE REAR BRAKE LIGHT BULBS BURNED OUT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
