THE SEAT BELT TIGHTENED, CUTTING INTO THE DRIVER; THERE WAS NO PLAY IN BELT. *AK PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT, THE CONSUMER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE ADJUSTING MOUNTS FOR THE DRIVERS SEAT BELT. WE HAVE HAD OUR SEAT BELTS THAT HOLD OUR CHILD SEATS IN PLACE POP LOOSE SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE CHECKED AND RECHECKED THAT THE SEAT BELTS ARE LATCHED PROPERLY BUT ON OCCASION THEY POP LOOSE FOR NO REASON AT ALL. WE ARE VERY WORRIED THAT THE SEAT BELTS MAY NOT WORK IF WE WERE IN AN ACCIDENT. *NLM
