Defect: FCA US LLC (Chrysler) is recalling certain model year 2009 Dodge Journey vehicles manufactured December 31, 2007, to August 31, 2008, 2008-2009 Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country vehicles manufactured June 18, 2007, to August 31, 2008. In the affected vehicles, the air bag control units may corrode and fail.
Consequence: If the air bag control unit fails, the air bags may not deploy in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of occupant injury. Additionally, the air bags may inadvertently deploy, increasing the risk of a crash.

Car transmission is reacting very poorly will jump up and down and stall in the middle of the road manufacturer's safety problem and not sure all the problems but I know it's the transmission defect and the safety problem they never fixed it when they manufactured very unsafe transmission needs to be recalled
The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed and making a turn the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the vehicle could not be restarted and was towed to the residence. The contact diagnosed the vehicle WIN Module failure. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.
