Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling various 2003-2018 Crossroads, Dutchmen, and Keystone recreational trailers equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers. Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.

Defect: DS Corp doing business as Crossroads RV (Crossroads) is recalling certain model year 2015 Crossroads Zinger Z-1 trailers manufactured March 21, 2014, to September 10, 2014, and 2015 Crossroads Cruiser trailers manufactured April 3, 2014, to September 5, 2014. The affected trailers may have a Federal Certification Label that has incorrect information. The GVWR is overstated by 2,000 lbs. for...
Consequence: Incorrect GVWR information may result in the trailer being overloaded which could cause sudden tire, axle or suspension failure, increasing the risk of loss of control and a crash.
Remedy: Crossroads will notify owners, and will send corrected Federal Certification, Tire Placard, and CCC labels to the owners with installation instructions, free of charge. The recall began in October 2014. Owners may contact Crossroads customer service at 1-855-226-7496.

Most Recent Complaints
WHILE DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY, MY WHEEL DETACHED FROM THE CAMPER. UPON INSPECTION AND THEN REPAIR, THE 6 LUG BOLTS HAD SNAPPED FROM THE HUB. THE REPAIR MAN SAID HE HAD NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. I KEPT THE BOLTS AND TOOK PICTURES. I CONTACTED CROSSROADS TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD MY UNIT WAS NOT THE ONE INVOLVED FOR THE RECALL (JUST 1 YEAR DIFFERENCE IN MODEL) FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. THE LUG BOLTS HAVE BEEN TORQUED BY MYSELF TO 110 PSI AS RECENTLY AS 1 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY TRIP. THIS SEPARATION FROM MY VEHICLE PUT MY FAMILIES SAFETY AT RISK. CROSSROADS IS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE HUB AFTER WHEEL SEPARATION ON MY PHONE. I CAN SUBMIT IF YOU GIVE ME A NUMBER TO TEXT OR EMAIL THEM.
