SPEED-SENSITIVE POWER STEERING APPEARS TO BIND AT APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH WHEN MERGING ONTO HIGHWAY OFFRAMP. DELICATELY APPLYING FORCE TOWARD DESIRED DIRECTION WILL REENGAGE STEERING BUT CARE MUST BE TAKEN NOT TO OVERCOMPENSATE AND FORCE IMMEDIATELY RELEASED IN ORDER TO MAKE OR CONTINUE DESIRED TURN.
