TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. WHEN THE ICE BEGINS TO DEFROST IN THE WINTER, IT FALLS DIRECTLY ONTO THE WINDSHIELD AND HINDERS VISIBILITY. AS A RESULT, A CRASH COULD OCCUR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ICE SHOULD ROLL OFF THE SIDES OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
