TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED TO 25-30 MPH ON ITS OWN. IN ADDITION, THE CHECK ENGINE, STABILITY, AND TRACTION CONTROL INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PRIDE CHEVROLET (715 LYNNWAY, LYNN, MA 01905, (781) 995-4424) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE REWIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT DECLINED THE REPAIRS AND REQUESTED A BUY BACK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: [XXX]. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,543.
