2023 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER Electrical System Problems

Screen in car goes black.no radio,no noise,no back up camera-Apple car play won’t hook up anymore-I see others models around mine having exactly the same issues I am experiencing-I have reset radio/screen multiple times,it works anywhere from a few mins to hours then it blacks out again and there is nothing on screen.i have replaced the battery,key fine battery’s,and fuse.and I am still experiencing this issues.i have made an appointment at a Chevy dealer to have it diagnosed March 2,2026.that is $169.00 out of my pocket.again I am seeing plenty of other checks around my make and model having the same issues being recalled. My incident started about January 30,2026.

1/ while at the stop site, the car suddenly stopped and went black. Stereo turn off and screen went black. 2/ sometime I can’t unlock the car from inside. The lock works but not the unlock button. While backing or stopping there is a high noise that seems like I have a bad brake , took it to the dealership and they said the brake is good but they can’t figure out where the noise coming from. I took the car to the dealership 3 times in 1 month since the problem started and they still can not fix it.

When I shift my vehicle into park and hit the button to shut it off, a "shift to park" message appears on the DIC screen. I then am required to start my vehicle again, shift into gear, and then put it back into park and attempt to shut the vehicle off again. It has taken me up to 15 minutes to be able to get it to recognize that my vehicle is in park and for the message to not pop up. If I get out of the car while the message is still on the DIC screen, I cannot lock my vehicle and it drains the battery. I contacted my local Chevrolet dealer and they are saying that although this is a known issue which has had more than one GM Service Bulletin on this issue which includes my year and model, there is not an actual recall for...

The contact owns a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the backup camera image remained displayed in all gear shifter positions. The contact was concerned that safety warning information and messages were not available for viewing while the failure was present. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 17,938.

While driving 65-70 MPH cruise control will continuously "bog" down and act like it is wanting to cut off the whole vehicle. transmission is starting to act like it is slipping to the point where I am going all the way to the steering wheel before it catches again. Vehicle is under 36,000 miles and should not be having transmission issues. Radio has been replaced once before but is now doing the same thing where it is not recognizing my phone, directions given to it by touch on screen, and will even completely turn off while in the middle of driving. The vehicle almost caused me to collide with another vehicle when I was trying to get into right lane it kept pushing back into left fast lane, this happened throughout the drive to and from Northern California. car got horrible gas mileage, wasn’t operating correctly at times, my radio screen scrambling, going blank, stop working, static cracking sounds coming out. Every time I started the car it would not connect to iphone by any means. ignition button wouldn’t turn off, I had to push numerous times to turn off. My 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer is about 3 months old and it’s been making squeaky noises when I break. The squeaky sound is getting worse over time and I have an appointment scheduled with Chevrolet to get this resolved. My concern is a 2022 recall on this same vehicle due to the break system. Therefore, I am reporting this for the year or 2023 because my car is brand new and making screech noises every time I break. Also, my electric system randomly stops working. For example, my touch screen Car play system pixelates and sometimes doesn’t even work. I turned off my car and the radio stayed on and the volume wasn’t going down. I was driving west on I90 near Belvidere IL, through a construction zone. All of sudden the vehicle stopped by its self. I had no control except for the steering. Once on the left shoulder of a four lane hwy(one way), another four lanes on the other side. There was a cement barrier blocking from the other side traffic. I smelled like burnt rubber, now I now it was the brakes. I checked under the hood did not see or smell something burning. After a few minutes the SUV was able to move. I was afraid for my life, just waiting on a vehicle to hit me.

When I start my car my car play will not connect. When I start my car and put my car in reverse to use the back up camera and then put in drive the back up camera will remain on. The speakers are static sometimes. The screen will not work and it will be slow or shut off completely. I have pulled over and shut off my car and opened my door to shut off screen and it remains on for a couple mins playing music even when I shut it off.
