DT: CONTACT STATED ON 8-2-05 THE WHEEL ON THE REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE FELL OFF. ALSO, THE AXLE FELL OFF. THE CONTACT WAS PULLING INTO A SUPE RMARKET PARKING LOT WHEN IT FELL OFF. HAD NOT HIT ANYTHING. THE ROAD CONDITIONION WERE GOOD. *NM
