TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CHEVROLET TRACKER. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE SWERVED TO THE LEFT AND NEARLY CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAS NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO A MECHANIC. HE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND CLAIMS TO KNOW WHY IT FAILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 58,128.
FUMES ENTERING INTO CABIN OF VEHICLE AS A RESULT OF A LEAKY TOPPER ON THE VEHICLE.*MR THERE WERE FUMES COMING FROM THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER DUE TO THE AFTER MARKET TOPPER THE CONSUMER PURCHASED, WHICH WAS NOT SEALED PROPERLY FROM THE BEGINNING, AND HAD BEEN REPLACED PREVIOUSLY. *TS *JB
