TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING IN SNOW, THE IGNITION SWITCH INDEPENDENTLY TURNED OFF AND THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT WAS FRACTURED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V355000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) WAS RECEIVED BUT A NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE WAS NOT YET SUBMITTED TO DEALERS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000.
