The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was informed that the O2 sensor was defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was the repaired; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer two additional times for the same repair however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was given credit towards another vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 4,378.
