2017 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Unknown Or Other Problems

The Infotainment System (Radio) on my 2017 Chevrolet Grand Sport Corvette suddenly and without warning malfunctioned/failed on or around in 2023, whereby the eight inch screen on the Infotainment System went completely black/blank, whereby my radio produced no audio sound nor allowed me the ability to view the screen (on the Infotainment System) while placing my vehicle in reverse-which is very useful when having to place the vehicle in reverse. I personally believe that during the period (2023 thru most of 2024) in which my Infotainment System was not working properly, that my safety and/or the safety of others was placed at risk due to being unable to use/view the rearview camera while placing my car in reverse. In August of 2024, I reached out to Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center (by writing a letter) re: this matter and requesting financial assistance to repair my Infotainment System. DASHBOARD IS LIFTING THE LEATHER IS SEPARATED FROM THE METAL

THE GM NAVIGATION SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE ROUNDABOUT AT THE ENTRANCE TO MY NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS ROUNDABOUT WAS COMPLETED IN 2011, 5 YEARS BEFORE MY CORVETTE WAS BUILT. I SUBMIT THAT THE CORVETTE NAVIGATION SYSTEM IS FAULTY SINCE IT SUGGESTS I TURN LEFT ONTO OLD HUNDRED ROAD WHICH IS THE WRONG WAY ON THE ROUNDABOUT, I SUBMIT THAT THIS FAULT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.
