TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC XTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL DISPLAY SCREEN WAS CRACKED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. FAIRFIELD CADILLAC LOCATED AT 400 N. DERR DR, ROUTE 15, LEWISBURG, PA 17837, AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000. *BF CONSUMER'S INSURANCE COMPANY CONDUCTED AN INVESTIGATION AND REFUSED ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THE SCREEN CRACK WAS CAUSED BY A KNOWN MANUFACTURER DEFECT. *DL
