TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC XTS. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE CADILLAC USER EXPERIENCE SYSTEM BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BAIERL CADILLAC (10430 PERRY HWY, WEXFORD, PA 15090, 724-741-1222) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SCREEN SYSTEM FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 66,000.
